Abstract
One of the problems experienced by working mothers is managing time for work and personal life. This research aims to determine differences in work-life balance in terms of work and last level of education among working mothers and to see whether there is an interaction between the type of work and last level of education among working mothers. The subjects in the research consisted of 150 working mothers who were divided into mothers who worked as ASNs, private employees, and entrepreneurs who lived in Pati Regency, Central Java. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with data collection in the form of a questionnaire with variables measured as work-life balance. The data analysis method used is univariant analysis, which is used in research using one variable. The results of this research are that there are differences in the type of work and last level of education among working mothers, and there is an interaction between the two. In this study, it was stated that mothers who worked as entrepreneurs and whose last education level was tertiary had the highest work-life balance scores compared to mothers who worked as ASN and private employees. Mothers whose last education level was high school/vocational school had the highest work-life balance. low.
