Abstract
Kenokorejo Village is a government agency located in the Kenokorejo Village area, which is located in Polokarto District, Sukoharjo Regency. Facing challenges in managing correspondence using Microsoft Office manually. Obstacles include the difficulty of fast searching, the risk of document loss, and the need for large storage space. Administrative services that are still manual also result in a lack of effectiveness and efficiency in the modern era. So the aim of this research is to develop a village service information system that uses a website as its basis, by utilizing the CodeIgniter Framework. This design adopts a waterfall model approach, starting from requirements analysis to system maintenance. The research results include the development of menu components for inputting letter data, modification, uploading documents, searching for letters, requesting letters, and creating reports, increasing administrative efficiency. In testing the black box system, this research shows that all available features can operate and function effectively. Apart from that, when tested using the SUS test, an average value of 75.4 was obtained, which is included in the acceptable category and can be accepted by society.
