Abstract

Adinda Laundry is a unit of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Adinda Laundry offers two types of washing services, namely kilos and units. The transaction system at Adinda Laundry still uses the manual method. Data collection of customer data, transactions and recording monthly reports still use transaction notes so it takes a long time. In addition, it often results in transaction recording errors on the income report. To overcome these weaknesses, a solution is to build an information system that can record, store customer data, and print transactions and monthly reports. The process of designing this information system uses the waterfall method. Once the system is built, the next step is to test it using the black-box method and System Usability Scale (SUS). The test results using black-box show that all functions run as expected by the programmer have 100% valid results. SUS testing getting a score of 82 indicates that this system runs well, acceptable to users.
