Abstract

This research aims to describe how the QRIS digitalization process was carried out by Bank Mandiri, what forms were used and the benefits felt after digitalization in Bu Hj Bejo's Kambing Sate Business. This type of research is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive research design. The techniques used in collecting data use observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity uses source triangulation and technical triangulation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses an interactive model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the digitization process carried out by Bank Mandiri is (1) QRIS socialization (2) QRIS application process (3) Routine merchant maintenance. The form of digitalization used is (1) Regular visits (2) Routine entrepreneurship training (3) Training for cashiers. Meanwhile, the benefits felt after digitalization are (1) Doubts about using QRIS are reduced (2) The risk of counterfeit money is reduced (3) Sales traffic increases and (4) Financial reporting becomes easier.
