Abstract
Assalisa Clinic is a clinic that operates in the beauty sector which provides facial treatments, consultations with doctors, and purchasing skincare. However, unfortunately the service process still uses a manual system using paper. Such as recording goods, patient data, and transactions that still use notes. This causes several problems such as stock that is not always updated, searching patient data which takes time, and missing transaction records. The purpose of this information system was built to overcome these problems and increase productivity and efficiency in terms of time, due to online computerized data management. This system was developed using the Laravel 10 framework with the PHP 8.2.3 programming language. This information system development uses the waterfall method. The waterfall method is a method that is carried out systematically. So that the process carried out is orderly and structured. This research produces a system that can help clinics in computerized data recording which has features such as recording patient data, patient diagnoses, item data, printing proof of payment, recording daily and monthly transactions. The system was tested using black box testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS) which obtained a score of 75.917 and it can be concluded that this system is well accepted by the Assalisa Clinic.
