Abstract

The tourism industry has an important role in Indonesia's development. Indonesia's competitive tourism sector makes tourism development in various regions in Indonesia grow rapidly. The negative impact of the rapid development of Indonesian tourism is on the environmental sector. Environmentally friendly supply chain management is needed to improve the performance of the Indonesian tourism supply chain to become environmentally friendly. This research was conducted at the Diafan Hotel, which is one of the hotels in Wonogiri Regency. This research aims to determine the value of the green supply chain performance run by the Diafan Hotel. The method used is the Green Supply Chain Operations Reference (GSCOR) using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) calculations. GSCOR is used as an assessment of ongoing supply chain performance and AHP is used to determine the weight of each supply chain work indicator. There are 14 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that are used for assessment. The results of the Diafan Hotel supply chain research were 63.79 which is included in the average category. There are 5 KPIs that have a value of less than 60 for further improvement.
