Abstract
Turnover Intention is the desire of workers to leave their jobs, especially among health workers. This is influenced by factors such as job satisfaction and commitment to the organization. This study aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention among health workers at Kasih Ibu Hospital, Surakarta, as well as the relationship between organizational commitment and turnover intention in the same context. The research hypothesis states that there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment and turnover intention, including a significant negative correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention, as well as a significant negative correlation between organizational commitment and turnover intention. The sample for this research involved health workers from Kasih Ibu Hospital, Surakarta, who were selected using a purposive sampling method. Using a quantitative correlation approach and three scales (turnover intention, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment), data analysis was carried out using linear multiple regression. The research results reveal a very significant relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment and turnover intention, which together influence turnover intention by 69.7%. Findings also show a significant negative correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention (r= -0.756, p=0.000), as well as a significant negative correlation between organizational commitment and turnover intention (r=-0.790, p=0.000).
