Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the social safety net program, comprising the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH), Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD), Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP), and Sarana Kesehatan (ASPAK), in alleviating poverty in Klaten Regency from 2020 to 2022 using panel data regression with Fixed Effects Models (FEM) approach. The results of this research indicate that the Program Keluarga Harapan, Alokasi Dana Desa, Program Indonesia Pintar, and Sarana Kesehatan have a partially negative and significant impact on poverty. To eradicate poverty in Klaten Regency, the government is urged to improve the quality of the Program Keluarga Harapan, Program Indonesia Pintar and Sarana Kesehatan. Additionally, an equitable distribution of development through the village fund is desired so that the benefits align with the objectives of these programs. It is also recommended that the government intensify beneficiary data collection to ensure the targeted effectiveness of the program assistance.
