Abstract
MI Muhammdiyah Taraman is an Ibtidaiyah Madrasah (MI) under the auspices of Muhammadiyah located in Taraman, Sidoharjo, Sragen, Central Java. Every new academic year the school accepts new students so it is necessary to collect student data. Student data collection still uses manual methods in the form of paper or Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to collect files containing student biodata such as family cards (KK), birth certificates, NISN, and so on. This can cause problems, namely documents can be damaged or even lost. Therefore, the solution that will be provided is to have a student data collection information system where the system can be managed easily, store data more safely, more efficiently, quickly, reduce the level of human error, and also minimize existing problems. Development was carried out using a waterfall approach, with the PHP programming language and Laravel framework. This system uses MySQL as a database. as a data storage place using the waterfall method. The system testing process is carried out to ensure the quality of applications built by applying the black box and SUS methods. The black box testing results show that the application operates well, then the SUS testing shows an average value of 85.5, which means excellent and the system is ready to be used for school administration needs.
