Abstract
Lapak Franchise: At Lapak Franchise we present new innovations for people who want to start a business through franchises, especially franchises in the food and beverage sector. This Franchise Lapak is in the form of a website which contains the features of (1) a list of potential franchises for opening new outlets, (2) connecting franchisees and franchisors directly, (3) providing a "kalbis: business calculator" feature that can calculate the profits of a franchise in the medium term, and (4) displaying review content from franchisees who have successfully run a franchise business. With the vision of becoming the most popular and continuously developing, innovative and trusted website in the field of providing FnB franchise information services, the reason for choosing the Lapak Franchise business idea is because in the current era people are interested in joining partnerships with businesses or brands that are already well known because these brands are already known to the public. wide. However, there is the difficulty of minimal availability of information that can be accessed by prospective franchisees. The lack of information in question means that the information obtained is incomplete, the truth is not guaranteed, is less effective, does not meet the needs of prospective franchisees, and the value of future investments is unknown. Therefore, we present an innovation through the Lapak Franchise website which contains information and features needed by prospective franchisees and makes it easier for franchisors to advertise their franchise businesses. According to our assumption, many people are interested in joining a partnership with a well-known business or brand because in a well-known brand the product is much sought after by consumers. However, there are difficulties regarding the lack of available information that can be accessed by prospective franchisees. The lack of information in question can come from the information obtained being incomplete, not guaranteed to be correct, less effective, and not meeting the needs of prospective franchisees. But only a few are competitors, such as social media Instagram/Tiktok and Facebook, the rest are not competitors because they don't provide features like those of Lapak Franchise. Competition with the same type of service is relatively low because the features/services offered by us make it easier for people who want to open a franchise. The advantage is that you can connect directly with the franchisor and the business calculator feature for estimating the profits from opening a franchise is available. Attract the trust of franchisors so that they want to use Lapak Franchise to offer their respective franchises. From looking at the competition and business features, we can compete with existing competitors. There are several goals for franchise openers and prospective franchise openers, namely that they hope to have clear information regarding the facilities and price ranges for opening a franchise through a website or application. Information is really needed in this case to minimize miscommunication between franchisors and prospective franchise openers. The food and beverage business is a business that is much sought after and in demand by the public. Therefore, we present it on the Franchise Site, apart from being a promotional media for our franchise provider companies, also as a provider of information on opening franchises and also as a liaison service between franchisors and prospective franchise openers.
