Abstract
Work fatigue among metal smelting workers is still very high and causes many problems for workers and their workplaces. Apart from work climate factors that can cause work fatigue in the metal smelting industry, there are other factors that are often researched as causes of work fatigue, namely workload. This study aims to determine the relationship between factors related to work fatigue in workers at PT. Aneka Adhilogam Karya with worker fatigue at PT. Various Adhilogam Works by Ceper Klaten. Research method: this research uses analytical observational with a cross sectional approach and the test used is non-parametric using the Spearman correlation test. Research results: there is a very significant relationship between workload (p=0.006), age (p=0.004), length of service (p=0.007) and work fatigue. The higher the workload (r=0.402), the age of the worker (r=0.426), and the length of service (r=0.399), the higher the work fatigue. There is no relationship between work climate (temperature, air humidity, and wind speed) and work fatigue. Conclusion: Work fatigue among workers at PT. Aneka Adhilogam Karya is related to workload, age and length of service. Further research needs to be carried out to anticipate fatigue in workers with higher workloads and older workers.
