Abstract
Sexual harassment is deviant behavior in the relationship between men and woman which harms one party because they experience harassment. Kota Pringsewu 2020 found cases of criminal acts of rape with violence. This research aims to provide an explanation of the judge's considerations in rape with violence Decision Number: 400/Pid.B/2020/PN.Kot. using qualitative writing methods, with the type of research using descriptive research, sourced from primary and secondary legal materials, using data collection methods through literature study. The research results show that violent rape is sentenced to 7 years and 6 months in prison in accordance with Article 285 Jo. Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.
