Abstract

Digital Marketing is a marketing and promotion strategy for a product or service through digital media and requires an internet network which aims to reach wider consumers and attract more consumers. The aim of writing this publication manuscript is to determine the impact of digital marketing on increasing sales at PT. Berkah Ridho Cinta Indonesia (Love Brownies) in Karanganyar Regency. This research was carried out using active participation, observation and interview methods. Active participation here means that researchers are directly involved in digital marketing activities. These digital marketing activities are through internship activities at PT. Blessings Ridho Cinta Indonesia (Love Brownies) in Karanganyar Regency. At PT. Ridho Cinta Indonesia (Love Brownies) uses digital marketing strategies via Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and the Google Website. After using digital marketing strategies, this micro business experienced an 2 increase in income so that the business could grow rapidly and open many outlets. The digital marketing strategy used by MSMEs includes the implementation of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Content Marketing and Copywriting. The use of technology in the current era can make it easier to carry out daily activities, especially buying and selling economic activities. Through digital marketing, MSMEs have a positive impact, namely increasing sales of their products. Apart from that, branding efforts and introducing business profiles can be carried out with a wider reach by utilizing the business account feature on the Instagram, TikTok and other social media accounts that provide these services.
