Abstract

Frozen food is a food product that has been packaged and stored frozen in the freezer, so that it is ready to be cooked and consumed at a certain time. The results of this research aim to find out: 1) Describe the promotional strategy efforts for Frozen Food products, namely 2) Describe the obstacles faced in promoting Frozen Food products, high competition, namely that many people are interested but the goods are empty. This type of research uses qualitative research. The research subjects used to obtain the required information were Mrs. Khoirul Ummah as the shop owner and 2 employees who worked at Royal Frozen Food. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews. Validity of data using source triangulation and techniques. As a result of the research, information was obtained that explains the analysis of promotion and sales strategies for frozen food products at Royal Frozen Food. divided into 2 ways, namely: Digital marketing, providing discounts. The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study design.
