Abstract

The Android-based RT mapping application can help users find out the total number of poor people in Getas Pejaten Village. Each RT in the village can be mapped so that users can find out the number of RT areas that are entitled to receive Direct Cash Assistance (BLT). With this application, someone who wants to find data on houses for poor people who are entitled to receive BLT can directly access the application and find 2 the RT house they are looking for without having to ask here and there. This application makes it easier for users to find details of names, number of poor people and geographical location which will direct them directly to the RT's house. Apart from that, users can indicate the location of the coordinates of the house they want to go to using Google Maps. The method used to create this application is the waterfall method. The results of developing this system can be used by sub-districts or local communities who want to know the number of areas that are entitled to receive Direct Cash Assistance (BLT). To create mobile applications, the tools used are Android Studio, JDK, Google Maps API, JSON API, and the Kotlin programming language. Based on the results of black box testing and usability testing, the score was 73.91667. Where the application is classified as good and acceptable to users and meets the objectives of application development
