Abstract
In the lives of individuals and groups, both legal entities and non-legal entities, they are always faced with various kinds of needs and always need the help of other individuals and groups to achieve these needs. These fulfillment efforts in order to create a prosperous and just society in accordance with what is expected in the state policy is Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution is the existence of economic development which is part of national development. The approach method in this study is the empirical juridical approach method, from the juridical side it is shown by the formulation of problem number one because the formulation of problem number one only examines the basic regulations on the implementation of credit agreements with a starting point on normative legal aspects accompanied by theoretical legal studies, while the empirical approach side is shown in the formulation of problems number two and three because in the formulation of the problem it examines the implementation Credit agreements and bad loan settlements, data obtained from empirical facts in the field, one of which is interviews and data provided by resource persons will be analyzed. In this study the author used a type of descriptive research. Descriptive research is research that uses problem-solving procedures that are investigated by describing the state of objects / subjects based on facts. In these investigations, descriptive research methodology is used. Descriptive research is research that investigates problem-solving techniques by describing the state of the object/subject based on empirical evidence. Based on the findings of this study, KSP Maju Mapan has a legal basis or standard in carrying out its activities, which is regulated in Law Number 25 of 1992 concerning Cooperatives, as well as regulations governing the procedures for organizing savings and loan cooperatives (KSP) regulated by Government Regulation Number 9 of 1995 concerning the Implementation of Savings and Loans Business through Cooperatives.
