Abstract

Financial management plays an important role in the progress of a village-owned enterprise. The problem that occurs in Tumang village-owned enterprise is in the reporting and accountability system, where Tumang village-owned enterprise still use recording manually or still not use systematic recording. Then in 2021 Tumang village-owned enterprise will use systematic financial recording using the villageowned enterprise accounting application system (SAAB.Syncore). the use of this financial recording system is expected to help make it easier for village-owned enterprise managers to curry out financial reporting and make this application a tool for vudget transparency in the accountability process. The objective of this research are: 1) to evaluate whether the accounting application system can increase the tranparency of the financial management of Tumang village-owned enterprise, 2) to analyze whether there are obstacles in implementing the accounting application system, and 3) to analyze the actions that must be taken if there are obstacles. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The focus of this research is the Accounting Application System in Tumang Cepogo villageowned enterprise, Boyolali Regency. Data collection techniques use interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and data analysis result. The research showed: 1) when accessing the villageowned enterprise Accounting Application System (SAAB.Suncore) was good but there are obstacles, 2) there is a lack of management motivation to implement the accounting application system, and 3) management and staff are quite skilled in preparing financial reports even though still manually. For this reason, it is necessary to provide training and assistance to Tumang village-owned enterprise managers as well as establishing collaboration with various parties.
