Abstract

Development of technology make access to information not only through offline media, online media also contributes to providing fast, precise and accurate access to information. Organizations or companies need a system to support productivity, effectiveness and efficiency in solving management problems, especially in providing services. However, the population administration system implemented by RT 04/RW 08 in Kronggahan Hamlet, Baturan Village, Karanganyar Regency, still uses a manual system. The author aims to design a website-based population administration management system that can help administrators of RT 04/RW 08 Kronggahan Hamlet, Baturan Village, Karanganyar Regency in carrying out population administration and service activities. In the system design process, the authors use several applications such as WAMPP, Sublime Text and Microsoft Edge. This design has been achieved by producing a population management system. The menus contained in the system have been tested using black box testing and SUS (System Usability Scale) testing. The results of black box testing show that all menus run well. In the SUS test, the system obtained a good final result of 74. This result made the system acceptable to officers and residents.
