Abstract
Entrepreneurial interest is a feeling of interest, desire and tendency within the individual to build a business which is then managed and in the development process is not afraid of the risks involved. Of course, this is influenced by various factors, but the author only conducts research on the self-efficacy and subjective norms of each individual. This research has the aim of knowing the relationship between self-efficacy and subjective norms on interest in entrepreneurship with the research subject, namely Psychology students at the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta 2019. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using a questionnaire distributed in the form of Google form with a minimum number of 174 respondents. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and subjective norms on interest in entrepreneurship. The results show that these two factors have an effect of 92.8% on the interest in entrepreneurship. Of the two factors, self-efficacy has a more positive effect on entrepreneurial interest compared to subjective norms, namely the results of a self-efficacy percentage of 82.9% and a subjective norm of 9.9%.
