Abstract
Information system is one of the applications of information technology and is essential within an organization or company. An example of this is the inventory information system for goods. The inventory information system at UD.Dewa-Dewi still employs a manual inventory system, which involves recording in an inventory book. This leads to suboptimal operations at UD.Dewa-Dewi and often results in delays in delivering goods to customers. Due to this issue, the purpose of this research is to develop a web-based inventory information and stock control system for UD.Dewa-Dewi to address the aforementioned problems. This system's design utilizes a web server, PHP, MySQL database, Laravel framework, and follows the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) using the waterfall model. The author chose the waterfall model because it employs easily comprehensible procedures. This model consists of several procedures, namely requirement analysis, system design, implementation or coding, testing, followed by evaluation and maintenance. Testing results, conducted using black-box methodology in this research, indicate that the system is functionally valid. The System Usability Scale (SUS) testing yielded a score of 82.25 with an adjective rating of "GOOD," placing it in the "Acceptable" category. This demonstrates that the research is acceptable and can be implemented at UD.Dewa-Dewi.
