Abstract
Information systems can streamline data processing from various interests, especially in terms of making a decision. Information systems can also help someone in managing data that was previously manual in nature to be more effective, as is the case with Cafe Sejiwa Rasa. One of the problems that is often experienced is in the inventory management section so that it requires an inventory information system to minimize errors. The purpose of the research is to make it easier to record inventories to be better and systematic and to avoid human error so that inventory recording will be more controlled. The benefits of this research are that the operational flow of materials and goods becomes more effective, fast, efficient and errors that often occur can be minimized. This information system was created using the waterfall method. The system is designed using the web programming language Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and using MySQL for database design and data storage. The system was tested using the BlackBox and System Usability Scale (SUS) methods. SUS testing uses a questionnaire involving shop owners and employees. The results of blackbox testing are that the system can run according to the expected features. While the SUS results obtained a score of 88 from the acceptability of the system which was classified as acceptable, from the grade scale it received an A value, and from the adjective rating it was classified as excellent. The output of the results resulted in the design of a website-based inventory information system.
