Abstract

The development of a website-based application system is measured by its usability level, whether it is able to fulfill the user's wishes. The needs of business owners are carried out in order to fulfill the wishes of users. The purpose of this research is to fulfill the wishes of business owners so that business owners can fulfill the wishes of users. In this study, it means a system that assists users or customers in monitoring the status of improvements made in this business. The method used in making the system is waterfallI. By designing code by code so as to create a website-based system supported by a database to store the data needed in the course of this business. The created website will help customers track the status of repairs that have occurred, then for the admin and staff there will be a note printing feature and a customer data database. Tests carried out when testing the system that was successfully made were using the System Usability Scale method with direct intermediary questionnaires on the spot for related parties. The results of the test stated that the system provided to the admin produced an excellent grade with 80 as the score, for staff it produced the best imaginable grade with 86.5 as the score, and for customers it produced the best imaginable grade with 89.6 as the score.
