Abstract
The archives are information that functions to assist administrative processes related to supporting activities that have been carried out. Document archiving is very important, especially in office agencies in Wonosari District, Klaten where document archiving is still done manually. This causes the management of document archives to experience problems, such as the process of searching and sending documents that takes a long time so it is ineffective. The goals of this research is to produce a document archiving system that can simplify the process of storing, searching, sending, and deleting computerized reports. The research method used is observation and interviews with the Waterfall model System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) development method, the programming language used is PHP with the CodeIgniter framework, and uses a database in the form of MySQL. System testing uses black-box testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The system can solve document management problems in Wonosari Klaten District. The results of black-box testing showing the features and many functions of the system functioning as they should, while the SUS test results reach an average of 83.33%. These results indicate that the system for filing documents in the Wonosari Klaten District can be declared suitable for use by sub-district officials and village officials because it has an acceptable classification.
