Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, return on equity and audit quality on firm value. This research method is quantitative. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2022 period. Determination of the research sample using purposive sampling method. Samples that met the criteria in this study totaled 19 companies with 76 data, outlier data were used so that 70 data were used. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The analytical method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that debt to equity and return on equity have an effect on firm value. Meanwhile, the current ratio and audit quality have no effect on firm value.
