Abstract

The furniture industry is the advantage of the Haziz Mebel Limited Liability Company (PT). PT. Haziz Mebel ran into trouble trying to promote the business and increase revenue through buying and selling of goods. There is still a lot of dependence on physical labor at PT. Haziz Furniture, especially when receiving goods that are not in accordance with the existing warehouse inventory. The purpose of this research is to help PT Haziz Mebel improve its business processes by developing web-based applications for marketing and sales. PT. Haziz Mebel's activities are hampered by the fact that the company still uses outdated sales and promotion methods. The Waterfall approach was used for this research, which includes the phases of defining the requirements, designing the system, building it, testing it, and lastly maintaining it. The benefit of this research is the Haziz Mebel furniture store e-commerce information system which can be accessed via the internet. The findings of this study inform the design of a web-based digital marketing-based e-commerce information system for haziz furniture LLP. A black box approach to debugging and testing demonstrates that the system is working as intended. The system also went through a rigorous System Usability Scale (SUS) test, which required the participation of actual users of the system and resulted in an average score of 80 enough to place the system in the B or Excellent scale category.
