Abstract

The study takes a case of the number of motorcycle social gatherings that occur in the community. Motorcycle gatherings occur due to the increasing demand for motorbikes by the community. The gathering of motorbikes that occurred was suspected of having several violations that occurred. This study aims to determine how the system is carried out by the Taruna Jaya Motorcycle Dealer. The type in this research is normative juridical research because what is being studied is the rule of law and the rules of Islamic law. The result of the research is that the motorcycle social gathering system carried out by the Taruna Jaya motorcycle dealer does not violate any criminal or civil law. The procedure for registration for arisan participants has also been explained and it is always attempted to meet in person. In addition, the Taruna Jaya motorcycle social gathering has established several agreements or agreements in accordance with the provisions of Article 1320 of the Civil Code. In the rules of Islamic law, only usury is a problem for Taruna Jaya's social gathering. Because the organizers allow usury when the motorbike is taken.
