Abstract

Entina Smart is one of the tutoring services that provides services in terms of education for elementary and junior high school students, which provides additional knowledge outside of school hours. In administrative recording, Entina Smart still applies the manual method, namely recording using a book. So as to facilitate administrative records, it is necessary to have an administrative information system that aims to allow admins to easily manage records, manage schedules, record student and tutor data, and manage student payment data. In addition, this information system can also be accessed by tutors to share material, and accessed by students to view the material provided. This administrative information system was created using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the Waterfall model. The development of this system uses the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework and MySQL as the database. The system testing process uses the Black-box Testing method and System Usability Scale (SUS). From the System Usability Scale (SUS) test that was carried out on 30 respondents, an average score of 85.73 was obtained, the usability level included in the grade B category (80-90). Thus, the system created can be well received by its users.
