Abstract
Snack Bu Ning is one of the micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in the food sector located in Karanggeneng Village, Boyolali District, Boyolali Regency. In its daily activities, this shop trades various types of market snacks. However, there are problems experienced by Snack Bu Ning, namely purchase transactions that are still manual, marketing that is not optimal and an administrative recording system that is still manual using books and giving purchase notes that are still written on paper. It can be concluded that these MSMEs need an information system to support an effective and efficient buying and selling process. The information system to be created uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the waterfall model. This system was built with the PHP Laravel 10 framework as the backend and uses the bootstrap framework as the frontend. For local servers and databases use MySQL which is already included in the Laragon application, as well as Visual Studio Code which is used as a text editor. Testing Bu Ning's snack information system uses the Blackbox Testing method and the System Usability Scale (SUS) to test the functionality of the software whether it is running well or not. Based on the Blackbox test it shows that the system can run properly, while the System Usability Scale (SUS) test produces a score of 73 so it is concluded that the existence of this information system can improve the quality of buying and selling snacks owned by Bu Ning.
