Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of career development and compensation to improve performance at PT. Semen Grobogan. This research is a quantitative study using as many as 50 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. The results show that career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
