Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and communication on teacher performance at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta. This research is included in the quantitative research. The population of this study were teachers and employees of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta. The samples collected in this study were 50 respondents. The data used is primary data where the data is obtained from the answers of respondents through the questionnaire that has been given. The measurement scale used in this study is the 5 liter scale. The data analysis method in this study uses SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The novelty of this research is to use a school object where in previous studies discussing leadership and communication variables, most used the company object Keywords: digital marketing, product quality, purchase decision
