Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of service quality and trust on consumer loyalty at J&T goods delivery services Laweyan 01 Surakarta Drop Point Office and the dominant variables that influence consumer loyalty. The total population and sample of this study were 105 respondents to the J&T Drop Point Office, Laweyan 01 Surakarta. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all respondents for the J&T Drop Point Laweyan 01 Surakarta freight forwarding service office which had been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of service quality (X1) and trust (X2) have a significant effect on consumer loyalty (Y) in J&T delivery services Laweyan 01 Drop Point Office Surakarta by 67.9% while 31.8% are influenced by factors other. Partially it is known that the service quality variable (X1) has a dominant influence on the consumer loyalty variable (Y) in the J&T goods delivery service Laweyan 01 Drop Point Office Surakarta with a value of 2.358.
