Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of reward, punishment and motivation on employee performance at CV Mutiara Bumi Gemolong. This research is a type of quantitative research, the sampling technique of this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method by distributing questionnaires to CV Mutiara Bumi Gemolong employees who have met the requirements and the number of respondents as a sample in this study were 50. respondents. Source of data used in this research is primary data. The measurement scale used in this study is 5 Likert scale. Data analysis used SPSS version 26. The results of the analysis in this study showed that rewards had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, punishment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
