Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of talent management, spiritual management, and work engagement on job satisfaction of Baki Health Center employees, Sukoharjo Regency. The sample used in this quantitative research is 100 employees. Source of data used in this research is primary data. Data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. The questionnaire consists of 32 closed questions. The data analysis method in this research uses Smart PLS. The data testing techniques used in this study include the outer model consisting of convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, Cronbach's alpha and inner model consisting of R-Square, Q-Square, Normal Fit Model (NFI), and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that (1) the talent management variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction. (2) the spiritual management variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction. (3) the work engagement variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction.
