Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Talent Management, Employee Retention and Knowledge Management on Employee Performance at The Amrani Syariah Hotel Solo and the sample of this study were employees of The Amrani Syariah Hotel Solo and the number of samples was 40 respondents. Source of data in this research is primary data. Data analysis using the SMARTPLS 3.2 tool. This research is expected to be a guideline that can be used by the Amrani Syariah Hotel in determining the influence of talent management, employee retention and knowledge management on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research. The results of this study indicate (1) The effect of talent management on employee performance. (2) The effect of employee retention on employee performance. (3) The effect of knowledge management on employee performance.
