Abstract

This research is to find out and describe "Implementation of the Independent Curriculum in the Learning Process at the Central School of Excellence Matching Scheme Support at State Vocational School 3 Sukoharjo". This type of research is a qualitative research using a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 3 Sukoharjo in the 2022/2023 academic year. The data analysis technique used in this qualitative research uses data reduction analysis, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. By using observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. Based on the research that has been done, it shows that: 1.) the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMK Negeri 3 Sukoharjo produces students who are independent, creative, innovative and think critically. 2.) the learning process in the independent curriculum makes students more enthusiastic in learning starting from analyzing learning outcomes (CP), compiling learning objectives (ATP), implementing and planning diagnostic assessments, developing teaching modules, adapting learning to the stages of achievement and student characteristics, planning, implementing, and processing formative and summative assessments, reporting learning progress, evaluating learning and assessments.
