Abstract

For two years, the Indonesian nation has been in a difficult situation due to the impact of Covid-19. The arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has had an impact on the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector since March 2020. The purpose of this study is to describe the resilience of MSME actors and find out the factors that affect the resilience of MSME actors during the Covid-19 pandemic. Participants in this study were 3 men with the age of 23, trading from before the pandemic to the pandemic, and the main job as a trader. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Retrieval of data using semi-structured interview methods that refer to interview guidelines with methods of identifying, analyzing, and reporting themes or patterns contained in the data. Factors that influence resilience include the ability to adapt to difficult situations as well as being able to utilize technology and collaborate with other parties. The results of this study indicate that there is resilience in MSME actors during the Covid-19 pandemic by demonstrating good adaptability in facing challenges, utilizing technology and participating in innovating to make new breakthroughs in running their business, and collaborating with third parties.
