Abstract

This research is to find out the concept of expert for heirs who experience brief psychosis mental disorder and their legal status according to the Islamic religion. brief psychotic mental disorder. This study uses library research methods. This research is descriptive qualitative in which the author conducts research using library data collection methods, reading, and recording and managing writing materials. Data analysis in this study uses qualitative methods by collecting, grouping and selecting data from literature studies. The data is processed and compiled to draw conclusions in accordance with the Al-Qur'an, Hadith and Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). The concept of expert in the context of brief psychotic mental disorder includes individual feelings or beliefs that the reality they experience and their perception of the world around them is different from other people. They may experience hallucinations, delusions, or significant changes in thinking, emotions, and behavior. Supporting individuals with brief psychosis mental disorder involves a multidisciplinary approach involving medical care, psychotherapy and social support. One way to manage inheritance for heirs with psychotic mental disorders is trust, known as "waqf" in Islam. Understanding the concept of expertise for someone with brief psychosis is an important step in reducing the social stigma associated with this condition. With better understanding, society can create an inclusive and supportive environment for individuals with mental disorders, enabling them to live productive and meaningful lives.
