Abstract
Early childhood education (PAUD) is very important to implement as a basis for the formation of the whole human personality, namely for the formation of character, noble character, intelligent, cheerful, skilled, and pious to God Almighty. Birrul Walidain Muhammadiyah Sragen's Superior Islamic Kindergarten is a Kindergarten school that emphasizes the inculcation of religious moral values in children at an early age so that they need to apply them to the development of learning tools. Based on the results of the initial study, it was found that TKIU Birrul Walidain Muhammadiyah Sragen in their learning had used video media, but in the learning videos used they were still looking for videos on social media, where most of the children had watched at home with their parents. The purpose of this research is to describe the video design, to develop learning videos and produce effective videos. The research method used is research and development or Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The test used is the validity test and effectiveness test. The results of the validity test from material experts averaged 87.5% and from media experts 86.1%. Furthermore, the results of the effectiveness test on the learning videos on moral and religious values developed are in the effective category and can be used.
