Abstract

Animal care between service providers and service users is usually evidenced by the existence of an agreement, this needs to be done to avoid things that might cause problems in the future and to guarantee the rights and obligations of the parties involved. In this study the authors examine the validity of animal care agreements inHerstel Sozo Pet Care and how is legal responsibility in safekeeping agreementsHerstel Sozo On Which Kartasura. This study aims to determine the validity of the legal care agreement between Herstel Sozo Pet Care Kartasura and animal owners and to determine legal liability in animal care agreements between Herstel sozo pet care kartasura and animal owners. The research method used by the authors to examine animal care agreements at Hertsel sozo pet care uses normative juridical research methods, namely a legal research method that uses law facts to find out whether animal care agreements inHerstel Sozo Pet Care Kartasurahas fulfilled the validity according to Article 1320 of the Civil Code. The results of this study indicate that the animal care agreement betweenHerstel Sozo Pet Care Kartasura and the owner of the animal, if viewed from the validity of the agreement, has fulfilled the legal elements and legal responsibility in the event of default by the parties to this animal care agreement, namely in the form of transferring animal ownership rights if the owner does not fulfill his obligations, fines if the owner is late in picking up the animal (orally). However, legal liability if the service provider defaults is not regulated in the agreement.
