Abstract

This research aims: (1). To find out the concept of the crime of terrorismfunding in decision Number 334/PID.Sus/2019/PT.DKI (2) To find out the elements of error in the crime of financing terrorism according to Decision Number 334/PID.Sus/2019/PT.DKI (3) To find out the first alternative chargesone and two are null and void in Decision Number 334/PID.Sus/2019/PT.DKI This study uses a normative approach, because in legal research it is carried out based on an analysis of concepts, theories, and legal principles as well as written norms made and promulgated by authorized state institutions or officials. . Data is taken from primary and tertiary sources in the form of scientific works and the results of judges' decisions. The data analysis used in this study is qualitative analysis using deductive logic, namely by interpreting the legal material that has been processed and then drawing a conclusion from the general problems to the concrete problems being faced. The results of this study indicate that: the concept of terrorism financing crimes in decision Number 334/PID.Sus/2019/PT.DKI and there is an element of error in terrorism financing crimes according to Decision Number 334/PID.Sus/2019/PT.DKI. that the first indictment of alternatives one and two was null and void in Decision Number 334/PID.Sus/2019/PT.DKI because the indictment was still the same and the prosecutor's negligence in the lawsuit addendum.
