Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of leadership and organizational culture to employee performance in the digital era with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Semarang Regency BPS. The sample in this study amounted to 76 respondents. This research is a type of quantitative research. The type of data used in this study is primary data, namely by using a questionnaire using a Likert measurement scale. The data analysis technique of this research uses the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the Smart PLS program. The results of this study indicate that (1) the contribution of leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) the contribution of leadership does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) the contribution of organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, ( 4) the contribution of organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, (6) the contribution of leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction, (7) the contribution of organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance which is mediated by job satisfaction.
