Abstract
This study aims to determine the factors that affect local income in Sukoharjo Regency in 2001-2020. This study used panel data with Error Correction Model (ECM)The data source used in this study is quantitative data in the form of BPS reports for the period 2001-2020. The results showed that the statistical significance value of F was 0.05760 ≤ 0.10, then the model used existed.The results of the R2 coefficient of determination test showed 0.708388, meaning that 70.83% of the variation in the variable Regional Original Income (PAD) can be explained by variations in Regional Tax (PD), Number of Hotels (JH), and Number of Manufacturing Industries (JIM). While the remaining 29.17% is influenced by variables or other factors that are not included in the model. the results of the influence validity test (t test) conducted to determine the significance and whether or not the influence of independent variables in the model, obtained the results of the Number of Manufacturing Industries (JIM) have a positive and significant effect on Regional Original Income (PAD). The pattern of influence between the variable number of manufacturing industries (JIM) has a regression coefficient of 0.084842, meaning that if the number of manufacturing industries (JIM) increases by one % then Regional Original Income (PAD) will also increase by 0.084842%, and vice versa if the number of manufacturing industries (JIM) decreases by one % then Regional Original Income (PAD) will decrease by 0.084842%.
