Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership Style on the Performance of Employees with Intrinsic Motivation as a Mediation Variable in the Joglo Makmur Cooperative in Karisidenan Pati. This research is included into quantitative research. The population of this study were employees at the Joglo Makmur Cooperative in Karisidenan Pati. The samples collected in this study were 60 respondents. The data used is primary data where the data is obtained from the answers of respondents through the questionnaire that has been given. SmartPLS 3.0 is used in research as an analytical tool. The results of this study indicate that (1) Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. (2) Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. (3) Intrinsic Motivation has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. (4) Intrinsic Motivation variable is able to mediate the relationship between Transformational Leadership Style variable and Employee Performance variable.
