Abstract
The Family of Industrial Engineering Laboratory, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta (KLTI UMS) is an organization engaged in industrial engineering science, especially in practical science, also has a structure and company-oriented activities. Organizations with a strong culture will influence the behavior and effectiveness of employee performance. Employee performance will go according to the culture adopted in the organization. Human resources that are closely related to labor can be developed with work motivation which can be formed by individuals in dealing with existing work situations. On the other hand, job satisfaction is also something that needs to be considered in work activities in an organization where job satisfaction is a person's feelings or attitudes towards his work related to the work environment so that his desires and needs are fulfilled through his work activities. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, motivation, and job satisfaction on performance to optimize organizational functions so that they improve better. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Model (SEM) in measuring the level of relationship of each variable with its construct indicators. The results show that performance is influenced by 51% simultaneously by organizational culture, motivation, and job satisfaction. The variable that has the greatest influence on performance is job satisfaction with a T-statistic value of 5,479 thus job satisfaction is an aspect that is considered in improving performance which can be done with regular direction and guidance by the lecturer as a controller in the UMS KLTI running which can be wrong a form of support so that existing individuals are able to have the opportunity to learn new things in their work.
