Abstract
The development of SEZ Mandalika. Mandalika is an international standard that attracts domestic and international tourists. In order to meet the public's enthusiasm, the government and the private sector are competing to build hotels or hotels. Hotel development and operations that continue to increase due to an increase in the number of tourists can trigger high carbon emissions resulting from hospitality activities, such as the use of electricity, cooking and septic tanks. The high amount of carbon emissions produced can affect air quality and encourage global warming in the Mandalika Region, so it is important to carry out an inventory of carbon emissions in the Mandalika Region. The research location was carried out in the Mandalika area, Pujut sub-district, Central Lombok district. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a field survey. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data collection method was carried out by field and secondary surveys through related agencies. The data processing method was carried out using GIS and IPCC 2006 applications. Data analysis was carried out using the Average Nearest Neighbor (ANN) technique and quantitative descriptive spatial analysis. The results showed that there were 256 hotel points spread throughout the sub-district, with a classification of 106 non-starred hotels, 21 1-star hotels, 47 2-star hotels, 51 3-star hotels, 26 4-star hotels, and 5 5-star hotels. . The hotel distribution pattern based on the results of the Average Nearest Neighbor (ANN) analysis has a clustered pattern which is likely to be influenced by certain factors. Calculation of carbon carbon emissions as a whole is 96,051.76332 tons/year or 96.05617 Gg/year. The overall carbon emission results are the result of the sum of emissions from cooking activities, electricity use, and septic tanks, where cooking activities contribute 6.15%, electricity use 93.8%, and septic tanks 0.0263% of the total carbon emissions generated. generated by hotel activities in the Mandalika Region.
