Abstract
Education is a teaching and learning process that involves students and educators to be able to understand and understand learning that is beneficial to one or many parties. According to the Law on the National Education System (National Education System) education is divided into 3 types namely formal, non-formal and informal. Formal education is a structured and planned learning process that involves government agencies or institutions. At present, the procedures applied to the cultivation of funds at the Mendak 1 Kindergarten Technical Implementation Unit still use conventional methods, tending to use manuals. This method requires a long time to process the budget. TK Mendak 1 also still uses the manual method which has a high risk of data loss and data corruption. The fund-based web-based application created is able to help and make it easier for teachers to manage funds easily, quickly and effectively and reduce the appearance of errors. The method used to create this website is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. SDLC is a software development cycle using methods which will facilitate system development. The model used for this final project is the Waterfall model. This budget fund web application is accessed using a web browser in the application there are features that make it easier for teachers to manage budget funds such as managing finances, financial reporting features and other features. Web testing is done using the black-box method. This test was carried out by 15 people consisting of 10 kindergarten teachers and 5 students in the field of informatics. With this test, the features that were made have been tested and run as expected. User testing using the SUS (System Usability Scale) method. This test is carried out by creating a questionnaire and distributing the web to 30 people 15 teachers and 15 students so that this system can run well and the features work according to their functions, with this it is hoped that this budgetary system can help teachers to manage funds and prepare financial reports properly within the scope of TK Mendak 1.
