Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and motivation on job satisfaction and its impact on performance, in this study will examine job satisfaction as a mediating variable. In this study there were a population of 210 people with a sample of 85 respondents. Sampling used a purposive sampling method, with the criteria of employees working at PT. Berkah Ridho Cinta Indonesia more than 3 months. Test the validity and reliability using smartPLS analysis on the outer model. Hypothesis testing uses the smartPLS inner model. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a significant effect on performance, motivation has a significant effect on performance.
