Abstract
This research aims to examine the effect of reward, leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance. The sample in this study are employees who work at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Surakarta with data collection using a questionnaire to 55 respondents. The data analysis tool in this study used SPSS version 21 software, with instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that (1) reward positively and does not significantly affect employee performance. (2) Leadership Style positively and significantly affects Employee Performance. (3) Organizational Culture positively and significantly influences Employee Performance.
