Abstract
Health is important and priceless for everyone. Related to this which is to provide community services to be free from disease. Pati Regency has several health facilities, but often many people in general do not know the location and information contained in these health facilities. Problems that occur due to the spread of health facilities which will affect the distance of these health facilities can affect the quality of the fax itself. The placement of health facilities in Pati Regency is not evenly distributed, the dominant health facilities are at the center of the government. This study aims to analyze the pattern of distribution of health facilities in Pati Regency and analyze the affordability of health facilities to settlements in Pati Regency. The method used in this study uses Google Earth to determine the coordinates of health facilities. Making a distribution map of the data used was obtained using the x and y coordinates in MS Excel and then processed using ArcGis software, then the results were analyzed using quantitative analysis using the ANN (Average Nearest Neighbor) technique. The affordability of health facilities to Pati Regency settlements uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method. By utilizing the buffer technique with a vulnerable distance of 1.5 km for clinics, 3 km for health centers and hospitals based on SNI 03-1733-1989. To find out the pattern of distribution of health facilities in Pati Regency, the pattern of distribution of health centers is random, the pattern of distribution of clinics is clustered, while the pattern of distribution of hospitals is uniform (dispersed). The affordability of health facilities to settlements, almost all health centers in each sub-district are able to reach settlements within a range of 3 km, residents can access them easily. The distribution of clinical health facilities with a range of 1.5 km is clustered so that they are only found dominantly in the city center. Hospital health facilities with a distance of 3 km, that not all sub-districts in the research area have these health facilities. Hospitals are only found in a few sub-districts, namely Tayu, Margoyoso, Trangkil, Pati, Margorejo and Kayen sub-districts.
