Abstract
Damage to settlements cracked houses, and other infrastructures are just a few examples of the physical and material damage caused by landslides. Relocating settlements that are prone to landslides is one way to mitigate the risk of landslides in the future, which requires extensive disaster mitigation efforts. The purpose of this study was to see the distribution of landslide-prone settlements in Wonosobo Regency and where they might be moved. The technique used is to compile and determine the feasibility value of private land using AHP. Settlements with high density and a high risk of landslides are those that need to be relocated. A total of 264 settlement points that will be relocated cover a total area of 777.79 hectares and are located in the northern and eastern parts of Wonosobo, both of which are mountainous areas that are highly prone to landslides. There is a land area of 50,659.91 ha in the central to western parts of Wonosobo Regency, indicating that the coverage area is quite suitable and very suitable based on the level of potential suitability of cultivated land for settlements. The land is considered suitable for housing development if it has an adequate classification. Proximity analysis using Tools Near is used to select relocation locations for affected settlements. The average distance from the affected location to the relocation site is 1.6 kilometers, with the shortest displacement of 28.3 meters in Sapuran District and the farthest displacement of 5.4 kilometers in Kejajar District.
